CareNow offers three tiers of pricing for patients without insurance. The specific tier will depend on the medical needs of the patient in consultation with the provider. Please see the services menu for additional information.

Self-pay pricing is available to uninsured patients and cannot be used in combination with insurance benefits, government health plans, or the Healthy Savings program. By accepting the self-pay rate, a patient agrees not to seek reimbursem*nt from any insurance program.

Pricing is valid for a single office visit per patient; additional fees apply for follow-up visits and any additional lab tests recommended based on a provider's evaluation.

CareNow self-pay pricing does not include services provided by other providers if a patient is referred to another provider or facility, including an HCA Healthcare hospital.
