It’s always clean…and very good customer service…widad

First time today. Love it. Nice and clean and friendly staff. Great prices for washing and drying. This is now our laundry mat now. Kerry loss our business now.

This is the cleanest and best decorated laundromat I’ve ever been in. The employee was constantly moving and cleaning, the machines all see to be running really well.

I drop off my clothes and she always does a wonderful job<3. so thankful!!!’

Super clean place, the aesthetics inside are really nice too. Cost like $30 bucks to do 4 relatively heaping loads on laundry, used the big washers to wash and it was really quick. Took like an hour and a half to get it all done. Went up the street to get breakfast while things were drying. And the clothes actually felt washed compared to the ones at our apartment complex :)

Updated , clean and new laundromat. Good time for being open. The only thing the dryer didn't dry my clothes after putting $1.50 quarters

Very clean and the lady was very helpful in showing me some machines. I like how this laundromat is set up, like galley style. They have a sink to wash your hands after putting your dirty laundry in the machines.😁

Place seem pretty nice. We're in there. Probably 7:00 or 8:00 at night. Don't remember precisely but we're hardly anybody in there and we got in. Got a machine, washed our quilt, dried it and was out the door approximately 90 minutes.

First time coming here today & I was pleasantly surprised how clean & kept this place was our usual place is not nearly this nice we will definitely take the extra five minute drive to come here . Only downside is most places offer free drying in this area & this place does not but it is still cheap ! 4 dollars for the xl dryer which is 12 loads .

Such a clean and welcoming place. There’s an app that you can download to pay for the machines which makes it easy. Also, the free water and wifi are a bonus! I was able to do my homework while waiting for the laundry to be done. Lastly, the customer service was amazing, she showed us all the machines and asked if we had any questions. Definitely will be coming back!

I love the decor and it always smells amazing in here, I left a bag of laundry by accident and they put it aside for me. If your buying detergent or a laundry bag it's cash only. Or I'd give 5 stars

I just used Skylar laundromat for the first time.. my machine broke and flooded my house but the place was actually A blessing for me. It is the best I’ve been to. Very clean and modern. Very efficient machines and Rasheena is so nice and helpful. She even thanked me for coming in today . It was easy to download the app which eliminates the need for change or cash! If you forget any washing products they are available for purchase . And you can even drop off laundry for wash by the pound . Maybe I’ll just drop my laundry off sometimes and give myself a break .

Came at 7 am Sunday morning. Pleasantly surprised at how nice the place is. Very well lit, clean, spacious for customers to sit. Prices 3x machine $4.50, 5x machine $7.50,9× machine $14.50. Dryers are .25, not sure on time yet. Run by Dexter laundry can use app or cash. Thanks to the family who owns the business for having such a nice place!

I've been coming here for 3 month now. It's always cleaned and the staff is absolutely amazing. But I noticed the dryer not drying the clothes like before.

So I was here this evening and witnessed Tahaini help this older gentleman that was using to walking sticks to walk she brought his clothes in got coins for him loaded his machine and removed the clothes when they were completed he was so grateful for her helping him I thought it was mega sweet she constantly cleaned like the Lady that was here earlier also….lobe this place

Laundromat is very well lit and clean inside. All the machines are clean There are several seating areas provided while waiting. They also have a large selection of detergents & dryer sheets for sale. Also big laundry bags. Also had a small coffee station.

I travel for work throughout the USA. This is one of the cleanest laundromats I have been in. The woman working there was cleaning up and assisting customers all the time I was there. Machines were clean and in good working order. The App was easy to use and the prices were reasonable.

Very clean , but now the dryer heat has been turned down so as a customer we will have to use more quarters to dry our clothes. I don't like to complain, but I call it like it is. (It what it is)

This is by far the nicest laundromat that I have ever visited. It’s spotless inside, it’s very nicely decorated, it has a small reasonably priced store for laundry items (bring cash for these), and you can pay for and monitor your wash and dry with their app. They also have free coffee and water! I would absolutely recommend it to anyone

Good service here banen had amazing costumer service when she wanted to give me the price she waited for the clothes to dry because they’re heavy when wet they very honest and truthful company overall good hospitality

We have a washing machine, but this place was awesome for washing all of our sherpa blankets. Free wifi and the kindest staff who even helped me load my quarters 😃. So clean and modern!

Wow!Nicest laundromat I have ever been to!Three flat screen TVs, couch and tables to sit at, well decorated, lots of varieties of washing supplies to buy, super clean and new equipment.Free WiFi very fast.Missed 5 stars, because machines do not take debit or credit cards. Use quarters, app for payment available and ATM next door.Attendant on site, (but she left at 9 pm.)Highly recommend.

THIS is why I love Skylar in Taylor. Someone is CONSTANTLY cleaning. This young man cleaned every single dryer, inside and out. This is really a great Laundromat

This is a the cleanest coin laundry in the world. There are many washers and dryers to utilize. They are all shiny and clean. The vending machine is chock full of washing supplies for customers to purchase. This facility is very up-to-date and user friendly. I love the decorations and the flowers that are planted outside during the summer. I respect the owner of this facility because he/she cares about their business and understands what good customer service is all about. Bravo, bravo!

Very clean and well maintained, staff has always been courteous and helpful. I've been coming here since August and will continue to. Location is easy to find. They are coin and app operated. The ease of the app makes it super convenient especially because I do not like to worry about hauling coins around! Just download the DexterPay laundry app and save yourself the time. They do have a coin machine if needed. Prices are reasonable. Very happy I found this place. :)

My washer decided to stop working over the weekend so today I had to do some laundry and I found Skylar Laundromat in Dearborn Heights after a quick Google search. It was so clean and decorated very well. I will for sure recommended this place.

Always clean. Love this place. Although, I wish they sanitized the machines a lot more often. Some really are stinky. Still come from Lincoln Park area though.

It is very clean. They offer a variety of detergents in various sizes if you forget yours. They have tv's for your entertainment and complementary refreshments. I like that they have separate restrooms for men and women. The major plus side is they have an app to pay for washing & drying. Just recommend not coming here on a Saturday because it is busy, busy. I love the decorations. I will be back.

I have always been impressed with the cleanliness of this laundromat. Everything is kept in tip top shape and neat and tidy. The staff are incredibly helpful, always cleaning and stocking and willing the help with the machines. I struggled a bit with the app until I deleted it and reloaded; now it works great. I wish this place was around 10 years ago but it’s here now!

It’s so beautiful and nice and very well kept, the little washers is 6.75 the bigger washers are $8 and the dryers is 25cent per 5 mins .. if you run out of detergent or anything they keep a huge selection to purchase also laundry bags and all… I will definitely be returning! And there’s lots of seating to wait for your things to get done

This was by far the best laundromat I’ve been to. It was so clean with updated machines and beautiful decorum. Widad was so helpful and kind! She let me use some of her detergent, and I had to leave for a second and she put my clothes in the dryer for me for free! Wouldn’t even take a tip. She helped bring my clothes to the car and took the cart back. Outstanding customer service! I’ll never go to any other laundromat!

Very clean and organized but washers are expensive. I used the $6.75 washer. It held a lot of clothes and the washing was excellent. I took clothes home to dry. My washer broke.

Honestly the best laundromat I have been to. It's clean and updated regularly. Not what I expected from a laundromat. I drive out of my way to come here becuase it's nicer.

Skylar Laundromat in South Telegraph is my local go to favorite laundromat because it is chill, friendly, and clean. On my most recent visit I jammed the extra large X10 Washer with a nickel accidentally and banen , the helpful daytime attendant, was there in a jiffy to reconcile the problem. Banen told me that there location hours on South Telegraph are about to change until midnight when some renovations are completed to accommodate after hour merchandise security so check for change of hours to come. So glad Skylar is in the community. 😀

They are so nice. Our dryer was broken and the lady said we could've washed at home to save money. The facility is the cleanest laundry mat I've ever gone to. The seating is nice. It's decorated so cute. Never thought that would matter but it makes the place more homey and inviting and less like sitting in an industrial building. We didn't know they only took cash. They do have an app you can pay with though.

This laundromat is the absolute best around, always clean and there’s a washer/dryer available everytime. The complimentary water is also a nice addition.

Great place to wash, even if you run out of Coins! However the website information is incorrect, I downloaded the app from they website and it didn’t work… took a min to get some information but it was a different app called PayRange, so don’t go to the website.

I had two very special comforters that I needed washed. I brought them to Skylar on Telegraph Road. When you walk in, the place is super nice and clean, woman there was very welcoming. The comforters came out beautiful!! They look and smell great! I will use them again for sure!!!

Best laundry mat I have been to!I come in 1-2 times a week and everything is always clean. Theres a variety of sizes of both washers or dryers to acomidate to your loads, and you should have to worry on waiting for one to be available; there are plenty! I love that they have dexter pay available, it makes it so much easier! The people are always kind and you will get serviced good. I 10/10 recomend going to this place.

I actually enjoy doing my laundry on Saturday at Skylar. The machines are always very clean and in good working condition. The entire facility is very clean, including the bathroom. I especially like seeing Rash*ta, who seems to make everyone feel welcome.

Skylar’s laundry off Wayne rd is the best laundry place I’ve ever been to the place is always clean, always fully stock with complimentary waters very convenient to wash either by cash or using your credit card plus if you ever run out of detergent they fully stock that to this place is very decorative and excellent customer service me and my family come Sunday

Very clean and friendly staff. Tony the manager is extremely nice and giving. When I come I feel like family. Fresh ree coffee & snacks is always a win.

This is the cleanest laundromat that I have ever been to, even the bathrooms are spotless. The staff is friendly and helpful. Since it's been open, it is the only one that I have used. I will continue to be their customer.

Everything works great here. Very clean. I haven't been in about a year until today. The reason for 4 stars I'd because the washers are all beginning to smell. They close all the doors when not in use. Such a big no no for any washer. I also had to turn off their wifi due to the fact that nothing on my phone would load. Had to use my data.

Employee keeps yelling at kids and cussing...that was the bad but now I have to change the review the owner is the best and rally wants happy customers..l tried a different laundromat and was dissapointed...so I had to co.e back to Skylar because it's the best around

I've just relocated to Michigan and have not gotten settled as of yet, thus the reason I needed to visit a laundromat. I was pleasantly surprised that Skylar laundromat was clean and well-stocked. The young lady who serviced me was helpful, welcoming, and very informative. The customers for a Shear Delight as well. This coffee and water bar and extra added touch as my hands were nasty from depositing the quarters into the laundry machine, and I appreciate this area to clean and sanitize them wonderful job Skyler laundromat.

This laundromat has awesome dryers that dry great! Haven’t had the chance to try out the washers yet. This is a new place so all new equipment and the have complimentary water for your leisure as you launder. I met Sandra and she is a very nice and sweet lady, thanks for the bag Sandra! Will be back most definitely! This is a laundromat everyone needs to try out! Did I mention it is quiet and peaceful, not packed to the top with people all the time! 5 stars!!!!

New place, so happy for it, the one I used to visit was so small and always a wait. And the dexter app they use here is a life saver. I don't carry cash so this app makes it so I don't have to worry about going to atm. Clean and nice place.

I had to find a laundromat nearby to wash my king sized comforter. This was the second one I tried (the first one was creepy and smelled of mildew 🤭). Upon entering the Skylar Laundromat establishment I was very impressed 👍 The place was immaculately CLEAN and not your average laundromat. The scenery is nice and the very nice employee there helped me out and showed me how to work the machines. It's clear this team takes pride in their laundromat business 👏

I'm visiting family in Detroit. My Sister brought me here to do some laundry. We were greeted as we approached the building by the attendant. The establishment was very clean. The machines were clean, hardly any out-of-service. It helped that we visited during non-pea(k hours, too.

I Love these guys at this location because the service you received one will remember, it's always relax and positive and well organized and cleaned. The restrooms are separate by sex, female and male and the restrooms are very spacious.

This is the best laundromat I’ve ever been to in my life. The customer service , the cleanliness, all machines worked , very comfortable setting and seating . Very beautiful , peaceful friendly environment . It’s so cozy I felt like I was in my family room relaxing , I’m very satisfied and amazed at this laundromats appearance and cleanliness.

Always clean and well maintained. 20 mins on the dryer at high temp will get a triple load sufficiently dry.

First time going here and I love it. They are super clean, while I was here the lady was sanitizing all the handles and doors. They have all different size washers and dryers which is super convenient and you can pay with coins or the app. Definitely recommend

I had a great first visit here today. The shop looks beautiful and all of the machines are brand new. This was the first laundromat I've been to that has an app so that you don't have to use coins if you don't want to! Lastly, I had great service from Ali who helped show me around the place. If you're looking for a super clean laundromat with great customer service, then definitely check out Skylar!

Very clean. Went on a Sunday afternoon. It was busy but there were washers and dryers available. The "traffic tracker" on Google said it wasn't busy but it was. The workers were polite. I had no issues using the machines. I did cash so I have no insights into how smoothly the mobile payment option works. Maybe I will try it next time. They have tables you can sit at and wait. It is very well put together. It doesn't look like any other laundromat I have seen. Very well decorated. I would recommend trying this location!Update: 6/3/2023I visit this location often. I did eventually switch over to mobile payments. I have had no issues with it. It works fast and it was pretty simple to set up. The location is always clean. If you want to buy something there (laundry bags, detergent, Skylar clothing swag, etc) note that they only accept cash.

I was visiting my friend here in Waterford and I came with them and I was so impressed what a beautiful place best laundromat ever!They have free wifi, free water they have a soap machine if you forget your detergent, very clean and welcoming, Also they have two different ways to pay by Dexter Pay where you can link your credit/debit card, or you can get quarters from the change machine; it accepts up to $20 bill. Will definitely be coming back very impressed!!!(( I will visit every skylar can’t wait to see the new location in Westland next to my house )))

Skylar Laundromat is a very clean, quiet and friendly laundromat. I was very pleased with the establishment when I went to wash my comforter. The manager was very friendly. I will definitely be back.

This is a nice and clean business. The machines are all new. The only complaint that I have is that the dryers won’t allow you to dry more than 60 minutes at a time. There is no signage to let the customer know until you add more quarters and the dryer will not return your extra one or two quarters if you miss the message when depositing the extra money for extra time.
