The Three Sisters can't be accessed just from anywhere, though: players have to go through Caria Manor, a misty and mysterious Legacy Dungeon that houses some of Elden Ring's most terrifying foes.

How To Get To & Through Caria Manor

Elden Ring: How to Get Into Renna's Rise (9) Caria Manor is an overworld dungeon in Northwest Liurnia that is crawling with creepy enemies - quite literally, as the majority of foes here are Fingercreepers, plus some spirit warriors. To get here, start from the Converted Tower Site of Grace in southwest Liurnia and head directly north for a while, even going past the Four Belfries. Avoid the hail of arrows that rain down from above as you approach the entrance, and be sure to light the grace just outside the entrance.

Be sure to bring a source of Fire damage as it stuns Fingercreepers and deals ridiculously increased damage to them. There are many hand-spiders hidden in the ground, waiting for players to pick up a lure item or wander across them unknowingly before springing to life.

Carefully navigate your way up the hill from the entrance and into the church. From here, head across the ramparts, up the stairs, and past a few groups of enemies to find a large pool surrounded by chairs. Fight Royal Knight Loretta and you will be able to access the Three Sisters area.
